These terms govern purchases through this website from VEREYON LABS. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Research use only

All products are sold solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption or administration, and are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics. See the Research Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and qualified to handle research materials. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe products may be misused.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and confirmed at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. In the event of a pricing error we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

4. Shipping

Shipping methods, rates, processing times and our returns and refunds policy are described in Shipping & Returns. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to the purchase, possession and use of products in their jurisdiction.
