Where we ship

Checkout accepts United States addresses. Some products or destinations may be unavailable; checkout will tell you before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Tracking information is emailed and shown on your order page once the order ships.

Shipping methods & rates

• Standard: $9.95
• Expedited: $24.95

Transit time depends on the carrier and destination and begins after dispatch. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup and Same-Day Local Delivery

Local Pickup is free; pickup details are provided with your order confirmation. Same-Day Local Delivery costs $15.99 and is available Monday–Saturday for orders placed by 2:00 PM ET to eligible addresses within 25 miles of our local service area; checkout confirms eligibility for your address.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery if a product arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. We may ask for photos or other reasonable documentation. For eligible claims we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing by the payment provider and your card issuer takes time, so refunds may not appear immediately.

Other returns

Any other return requires our approval before anything is sent back. Contact us first; if a return is approved we will provide the return instructions and address. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
