This policy describes what information VEREYON LABS collects through this website and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Order information: name, email, phone (optional), shipping and billing addresses, items purchased.
• Account information if you create one: email, name and a securely hashed password.
• Messages you send through the contact form, and newsletter sign-ups with the time consent was given.
• Payment card details are entered on the payment provider's page and are not received or stored by us.

Cookies & local storage

We use an essential session cookie for signed-in accounts and your browser's local storage to remember your cart. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use information

• To process, ship and support orders, and to send transactional emails about them.
• To send updates you opted in to; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud and secure the site.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the store: payment processing (Whitcomb Payments — card details are entered on their page and never reach this site), email delivery (Resend), website hosting and database (Vercel, Neon), and the shipping carrier for shipped orders.
